Welcome to our application, Smart Record:Track Health Data. Please carefully read and fully understand the content of each clause. By using a cloud development app platform service, it is deemed that you have read and agreed to the constraints of the above agreement.
Service function
Smart Record:Track Health Data is an app tool developed and operated by us, used to record blood pressure data and track other health indicators. You are not allowed to use the application for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the application.
User Content
You can upload or input personal health data (including blood pressure and other health indicators) into the application ("user content"). You retain all ownership of user content. By uploading or inputting your user content into the application, you grant us the following requests: non-exclusive, global, royalty-free, sublicenseable, transferable, and perpetual use licenses. Copy, modify, distribute, display, and execute user content related to the application and our business.
Intellectual Property and Confidentiality Clause
All content and materials provided on the application, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images and software, are the property of us or our licensors, and are protected by copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property law. You have an obligation to ensure that the intellectual property rights of Smart Record:Track Health Data are not infringed by third parties due to your actions. And you guarantee not to copy or distribute any derivative works of content or materials on the application. After the termination of this agreement, the obligations of both parties under this clause shall not terminate accordingly.
Privacy
We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that Your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and no transfer of Your Personal Data will take place to an organization or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of Your data and other personal information.
You understand and agree that the services of Smart Record:Track Health Data are provided according to the current state of technology and conditions. However, we cannot foresee and prevent legal, technological, and other risks at any time, including but not limited to force majeure, viruses, trojans, hacker attacks, system instability, third-party service defects, government actions, and other possible causes of service interruption, data loss, and other losses and risks.
Change, interruption, termination of services
Smart Record:Track Health Data may make changes to the service content, or may interrupt, suspend, or terminate the service. If any of the following situations occur, an APP platform has the right to interrupt or terminate the services provided to you without notice:
(1) According to legal regulations, you are required to submit true information, but the personal information you provide is not true, or is inconsistent with the information at the time of registration and fails to provide reasonable proof;
(2) You violate relevant laws and regulations or the provisions of this agreement;
(3) According to legal regulations or requirements of competent authorities;
(4) For safety reasons or other necessary circumstances.
